These high-quality prints are enlarged reproductions of classic Japanese kimono fabrics that were popular in the Taisho era (1911-1925). They mimic the Meisen weaving style, in which the dyed threads are intentionally offset to create the characteristically "fuzzy" edges of the designs.		Slight irregularities in the weft fibers give these prints a texture similar to woven silk or fine linen. Fabulous designs, elegant texture and soft hand make them a must-have for your fabric collection!
